Located in the an industrial zone of the city, this commercial renovation project involved the creative use of polycarbonate and a carefully curated color palette to bring life back into the building. By utilizing color to define different spaces, we were able to breathe new energy into the exterior and make it a more engaging and dynamic environment.

In addition to the visual impact, we also focused on street activation, strategically designing the building to increase security and provide a more inviting atmosphere for passersby. With this project, our goal was to create a space that not only meets the functional needs of its occupants, but also serves as a vibrant and valuable addition to the surrounding community.
